About

As a child of the 90’s I gravitated towards designing spaces with Legos and in The Sims. This early fascination with creating and organizing environments fueled my passion for UX design and information architecture.

In my work today, my goal is to make sure people can easily navigate and find what they need, believing that well-designed digital spaces should feel as intuitive as navigating a familiar grocery store.

Most of my day is spent talking to people about their day-to-day processes, understanding their environment, and identifying how different elements important to them relate to each other.

Utilizing Object-Oriented User Experience (OOUX), I help teams map out how users interact with digital products, using these maps and models to inform design decisions, ensuring that the website or mobile app is organized and intuitive based on people’s natural thought processes and experiences. I’ve got an eye for perfection and love working with teams and organizations that want practical effective ways to make websites and apps easier to use.

Work Experience

Due to the nature of consulting work and NDAs, I can't list past clients here. If you're thinking of working together, I'm happy to share references and chat more about my experience with individual companies and teams.
